There are various ways for us to support you.  We highly recommend you install the calling card on your computer and use the support portal to open new tickets.

Comprehensive - AltmanTC Rescue Calling Card [Download]

This is the easiest way to get in touch with us.  The calling card is a small applet that creates a shortcut on your desktop to the "AltmanTC Rescue Calling Card" whe you install it on your computer.  When you double-click on the calling card to run it a screen comes up that gives you quick access to our contact information, support portal, live technicians, our website, and even our blog.

For best results we recommend visiting the support portal to open a trouble ticket with a description of your issue.  Then connect to a live technician to troubleshoot your issue on the spot.
